Generations has increased the base salary, and included some shift differential pay.  So right now a person working on any of our campuses, depending on which one and which shift, can expect a starting salary range of $9.50 - $12 per hour.  We also have some really amazing benefits which include up to 4 weeks time off and a company match 403(b) (401K nonprofit equiv.)

The shifts are traditional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd but also a 32 hour weekend shift - which is full time with benefits and off Monday - Friday working only Saturday and Sunday each week.  With the accrued time off it is like having a weekend off every quarter with pay.

To join the Generations circle, start by emailing your resume to:

or by calling 864-243-5557 x210.
